After 10 months, 3 contracts, some tears, and happy dancing, Holly has definitely proven that she is awesome at what she does. She is extremely trustworthy and honest and those qualities, in my opinion, are the most important ones to have as a realtor. Her love and knowledge of Virginia Beach helped tremendously, especially for the first 5 months when we were a little indecisive on where we wanted to be at the beach. It has always amazed me what all she knew when it came to all aspects of real estate. Not only is she very qualified, she is precise and persistent. We were always informed on everything that was happening which was extremely helpful to an impatient worrier like me. We never got the feeling in the entire time that we worked with her that she was in it for herself. We just knew that she always kept our best interests at heart and was committed to our happiness.
This was the fifth time we have gone through the home buying process, and by far the best experience because of Holly. She understood exactly what we were looking for, asked all the right questions, and guided us through the process effortlessly. I'm not sure how we would have made it through without her. She worked with the whole family all the way through the closing, giving it the personal touch that is very difficult to find. I would highly recommend Holly to anyone looking for a new home, and I can't imagine a better Realtor is Hampton Roads.
